Welcome to Focusing Northwest, founded by Kevin C. Krycka, Psy. D. as a resource for those interested in learning about the Focusing process in the Seattle area.  I offer a variety of ways to learn and use Focusing: through Focusing Courses, gaining certification as a Focusing Professional or Proficiency as a Focusing Partner, or entering Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy.
