I'm sorry but it's a bit more advanced than that.The operative term I used there was "Traced Back" not in terms of a standard trace route but in terms of 'investigated and determined to be the origin point'.
Regardless of what the second language is, if you learn two languages early on it has been shown that it improves your overal linguistic abilities for your entire life.

“My feeling is the Bing has gained mainly because of inertia. Install IE8, and then get bothered by that opening screen enough, and users will just go through the motions (click, click, Search Engine=Bing, yeah, yeah, yeah, Live Essentials, I'll be your b*tch, yeah, click), and suddenly, there's a 'Bing' instead of a 'Google' in the search bar.

You can't apply the free market to healthcare the same as you would any commodity unless we as a society are willing to deny people life saving care.You say there are better ways, can you provide an example of a functioning non socialized healthcare system that performs better (in terms of life expectancy, infant mortality, etc..) than countries with socialized healthcare such as Britain and France? If you can I will reevaluate my whole stance on this issue..
