Sounds like they took a lesson from Al Gore. Go green to make green...Only problem is that these clowns only effected 300 people. Al Gore is trying to impose his scheme on all of us..
I regret to inform you that you are in the normal right-side up version of reality and that stupid people are, in fact, in charge.!

@marm0lade You genuinely sound peeved which sort of confuses me, but you at least owned up to buring me which I wish more people on digg did, so let's chat.I recognize that the "I only listen to one track" argument is valid for a lot of people and I won't question that. I'm not one of those people but I can recognize the validity of the argument.Let's talk about price first. My last two albums I purchased (not trying to sound like an advertisement, just doing this for the sake of the argument) were Good Apollo I'm burning star IV from Coheed & Cambria and Victory Songs by Ensiferum.Amazon places those CDs as $8 and $12 respectively. MP3s from itunes for $9 and $10 respectively and MP3s from amazon for $9.50 and $10 respectively. So buy buying both as CDs I spent between $.50 and $1 more. That's more or less the same price in my book dude, but I guess you're technically right, that's a few pennies cheaper."may or may not have DRM" is a statement I made because we were discussing digital music in general. Has Apple dropped DRM? Yeah, they have. Has everyone else? Actually I don't know, but I'm under the impression that some places have not. Hence I qualified it as "may or may not" as we're comparing across a very large market, I was not singling out Apple on this one.Is it greener? Sure, no arguments there, it is.I still have my claim that for the $.50 to $1 more I paid I'm getting a higher quality audio recording. Personally that's important to me, but there was some recent survey that claimed many people couldn't hear the difference between audio quality levels, could be because they're playing their music on the freebee ear buds with their iPods which don't have a very high fidelity, but I'm not going to audio-phile snob out on you, just mentioning that's a possibility. So I still see us at a draw on price, I still think my DRM statement was fair, I'll give you green and I'm still claiming quality.?
Maybe the Brits like to know what their penal colony is up to nowadays? |

Not al lisps do this. Cablevision stopped throttling people and offers free computer associates anti virus. Even have decent speeds. The only thing they cant really stop is the speeds at like 8 at nbight when everybody is on .to do that they would have to rewire everything which you cant expect them to do right now.

Well, they were done professionally and probably violated Maryland bugging laws.Plus, they were edited professionally. That's probably one reason for the law. Police would not be able to cut things out and if they did, they would be compelled by defense council to disclose & supply what was cut out as exculpatory evidence.

You hate dealing with AT&T for a hour when you have a problem. Darlene spends her LIFE dealing with AT&T. Just a little something to be thankful for. |
