You forgot to compare that to Singapore which ranked third in the least corrupt government. Singapore has the largest Muslim population.
The free market has worked pretty good so far with respect to ISPs. I don't see why that would change.If for some reason the free market stops working in a particular area, then I totally support government regulation (or whatever is most likely to work).I don't see any need to preemptively attack a problem this unimportant (i.e. no lives are at stake). If the Telecoms start doing all the things the Net Neutrality supporters are claiming, then there is no reason not to simply create those regulations at that time. We will be forced to endure at most a relatively brief period of poor internet service.They may even be scared into behaving better with the threat of net neutrality should they try to abuse their quasi-monopolies. We may even be able to get the best of both worlds by leaving net neutrality on the table indefinitely and never actually pulling the trigger and legislating it.

I agree with Praelior. How exactly is this a new species???The article doesn't give any detail at all - it just says that sibling finches mate with one another. Is this the definition of a new species? The title of the article is very misleading..

Now, now ... "parasite" and "vermin" seems a little harsh. I'd say the "royals" are more like pampered pets --- kept purely for the novelty and the joy of their company. They're warm, friendly and cute ... most of the time. It's what makes England unique. What other country maintains a whole family of human pets?
