Newsweek lost it's soul a long time ago. I remember last year there were weekly stories about what Obama should do/say to win the election, with nary a piece of advice for McCain. And to not ever label Jonathon Alter's columns as opinion, when in fact all they are is liberal opinion, was/is deceptive. We knew to expect liberal commentary from O'Quinn and conservative from Will, but I expected news from the rest of the magazine and mostly get Obama cheerleading. This issue is the nail in the coffin, with that picture and that ridiculous headline ( "She's bad news for the GOP-and everybody else too"). If I wanted left echo chamber kind of crap I would subscribe to The Nation (I wouldn't subscribe to right echo chamber crap, like the National Review, either). Which is why my subscription to Newsweek will lapse w/o renewal. If the ideology doesn't kill Newsweek, the "new media" will.

My brother once convinced his friend that he got lost trying to find a bookstore in Los Angeles and ended up in Louisiana...didn't think it would actually happen to somebody

Yea you're an idiot. What lies about healthcare? You mean the ones Fox News and the GOP have been telling? Alan Grayson didn't violate any rules, he spoke the truth unlike Wilson yelling "You lie!" and being an ass during a speech when he didn't have the floor. But right it's ok when the Right does whatever they want.?
Yo dawg! I heard you like bacon...
As South Korea is CDMA only, could this be the real reason behind the leaked reports of CDMA iPhones? Verizon's a decent carrier, but Apple seems to like their partnership with AT&T too much.
