it's not depressing at all, considering the Chinese outnumber us something like six to one.if China were just EQUAL to the US in individual wealth, they'd have an economy six times stronger than our own.the numbers are scary when they're not put into perspective, but the reality of the issue is that China was doing so many things so poorly for so long a time, that now when they finally start getting some of it right, finally start getting some of their population out of the horrible poverty and living conditions they were in, we see this big awful beast looming on the horizon.a stronger China is good for everyone on earth, for the same reasons that a stronger US economy is good for everyone on earth.!
