Nope, it's not fake. It's Canadian. Here in Canada, we have this nifty stuff called Homogenized milk. If you remember your chemistry days, a homogeneous mixture is one in which the constituent particles are distributed uniformly throughout the solution.Milk can be considered to be almost like an oil and water solution, and will separate into its components if left alone. Homogenized milk gets around this by running the milk through little tubes during or after the pasteurization process. The fat molecules end up being broken up / reduced in size and are distributed more uniformly throughout the mixture. You end up with milk that doesn't separate into layers.Here in Canada, it's often abbreviated as "***** milk" on carton / bag labels. But nobody actually *asks* for ***** milk at a store. They'll ask for 1%, 2%, whole milk, etc.Because actually asking for "***** milk" would sound ... gay.

Agreed, flash video on OSX is awful. Most youtube stuff is like, play 5 secs buffer, play another 5 secs buffer and when it's not buffering it's choppy as hell. It's been a known problem on the OSX forums for a few years now... it really needs sorting out.I mean this new version isn't even PPC compliant so I guess us thousands of G5 users still out here are never going to see a solution to this problem. Poor show adobe.?

I was just out in the wind farms (read: industrial complexes) out in Oregon. Thousands of turbines providing half the power of a single small scale natural gas plant, unreliably, for more than twice the price, effecting thousands of acres of prime farm land. The kicker is that they dont even have the proper transition lines to move the power anywhere productive. When the wind gets going, the dams have to power down to keep the system from overloading. The whole thing is just not thought out very well. For alternate energy to do any good we need a better grid.
