About 5.7 percent of households, or 17.3 million people, had "very low food security," meaning some members of the household had to eat less. Typically, food runs short in those households for a few days in seven or eight months of the year, USDA said.WOW, thats TERRIBLE.once a year or so, you might not get enough to eat for a few days? The vast majority of the sub-saharan africa wishes it was so lucky.Talk about blowing ***** out or proportion..
It's thicker than you'd think it be.!
So true. They always mark "Final attempt" and I'm usually home when they supposedly came. Worthless UPS.?
I still can't get over the fact that here we are going from 2009 to 2010, and there's still no dedicated tech channel anywhere on TV.Talk about a wide open market being ignored.

I find this hard to believe. Maybe if you refuse to eat cheap foods. One can subsist off foods like rice and beans for EXTREMELY cheap. Not that it's the best diet in the world. But if your area is like mine just talk to some 'struggling' families. Everyone wants to eat meat and processed meals. Eating like that is expensive! Learn to live within your means people. Food is still cheap and readily available. If you think this is bad go to any country besides a westernized one.I'm sure there are some families who really are struggling to put even cheap food on the table. But I'd be willing to wager that MOST of these families are not spending their money on food that will last.
