I bought an XBOX360 with a RRoD for 50 bucks then sent it to Microsoft to get fixed for free got it back in a week and it has been going strong ever since.. I'm thankful for the people who don't bother sending it in because there is no way I could afford a new next-gen console on my budget.

Most of us do try pretty hard. The problem is, there are simply lots of things that we don't have any control over. At least with AT&T Wireless, we can only help with questions about phones, plans, features, and the ordering process, pretty much. We don't have account information. So when someone comes in complaining that they are getting overcharged or something else is wrong with their account, we can only be nice and point people to someone who can help them.Also, you have no idea how many people pop in with stuff like "i want a free iphone" or "i love you!!!!!" or "***** AT&T!!!!". Saturday nights are the worst, when all the drunk people log on just to ***** with us with ridiculous names.This is what inspires a person to a life of misanthropy..
