Wow. The fact that you actually put "people who follow the law" as your leading definition of "good" shows some really stunning naivete. It's a shame I can't bury you twice.

“That was another thing I didn't like. If you can just buy a female surrogate and have your way with it, why were people still going to the club trying to hook up?

Precisely - these people who constantly go on about illegal immigration never talk about the possibility of expanding legal immigration. But hey, if it were easier for immigrants to come here legally, that'd just be letting more foreigners in, while restricting anyone's ability to oppose it without looking like a total *****. It's easy to complain about smelly foreigners when you can hide behind the banner of "Oh, I'm just upset with them because they came here illegally." You take that away, and these people will have to admit their true intentions..
unfortunatly They will but look at the beatles concerts then look at a New Kids on the Block, NSYNC, and Backstreet they look the same "Cookie Cutter". Beatles are corporate rock there was soooooo much better stuff floating around then besides them. Americans rule Punk and Rock why do you think the brits sound american when they sing well except for madonna!

As others have said, it could just as easily be poor dental hygiene or lots of fatty, high cholesterol foods. I don't think anyone with a shred of credibility said if you never smoked or ate fast food then you couldn't possibly get heart disease.

Actually id say they are pretty neutral when compared to FOX and MSNBC both of which have a definite slant, though MSNBC is a tad more neutral than FOX in its reporting from what ive seen. Although thats not much because i generally only watch the commentary shows on MSNBC.

All great lines, but they're waaay out of order. My personal favorite, while not the very last line in a movie, was from the android Batty in Blade Runner (it should have been the last line):"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die." |
