that is not true archie. Cutting taxes will put more REAL money in peoples' pockets which will stimulate spending which will simulate businesses which will spur manufacturing and all other types of services which will create jobs which will drastically improve tax income for the government. Regan did the same thing when he lowered the taxes in the 80's dramatically from 70 percent to 30 some percen and the government actually took in more money than when the taxes where high. Put the money in the hands of those that control the flow of money into the economy which are the consumers. We make up 2/3 of the GDP and it's just foolish to think the government can spend money to "stimulate" the economy better than we can. It's just common sense and I disagree with ANYONE who tells me otherwise for any reason.
