“Interesting question. That would be a great result but I don't know what would actually happen. What is known however is that low education level correlates with uninsured status. According to the Congressional Budget Office website, 25% of households that have no one with a high school diploma lack health insurance, and 50% of the same group lack insurance for at least part of the year. Contrast that with households with at least one member having a college degree: 3% and 10% respectively.I am pessimistic that universal health insurance would improve health literacy to a great extent. First, many are simply uneducated in general. Second, I doubt that many in this cohort would seek care in clinics or hospitals regularly. The same factors that prevent them from completing a HS degree (need for immediate income, lack of transportation, apathy) would likely hinder them from going to clinics, picking up medications, or going to followup appointments.

I'm not sure what to make of this one. Most of these kinds of sites can be easily traced to Russia. A traceroute to www.tunespro.com goes to San Diego, CA. If they weren't legal and were making themselves this well-known, one would think a DMCA takedown would have been issued by now..
they need so many fact checkers because there are so many lies.!

Until all of the facts are in. I'm going to withold passing any judgement at this point. But if it is proven to be a homocide. I want whoever is involved strapped to a gurney, with a full needle at the ready.

Not necessarily. I know I would much prefer to be able to game under Linux. Unfortunately there are problems with WINE for gaming. It's always %99 there but with some major flaw that ruins it. And the performance might have some issues. But for someone who only plays WoW it's fine. The main thing is that WINE will improve, so the %99 turns into %100 and the performance is about the same as under windows. It is already happening, for example Borderlands which was only recently released, was almost completely fine with one a few graphical glitches. There's already plenty of work on DX10.Also for older games WINE might become the only way to play them. I doubt Windows 8 will have a Windows XP compatibility mode. So if you want to pull out a copy of Dragon Age in 15 years time you might only be able to play on Linux.Performance might always be slightly behind, but if your playing an older game it won't matter. Newer stuff might not be that far behind. Things like just in time compilers come along and allow for running script code at near native speeds, maybe we will see something like that for WINE. Maybe someone will figure out a way to get DX running natively on the cards without an OpenGL wrapping layer or a way to thread binary code.Personally I would love to see some virtualization that works with the graphics cards so I can just boot a lite Windows install in the background.
