Liberal media is an absolute myth. They can't be expected to give equal time to every bible-thumping, blood-lusting secessionist nutcase out there, but if they don't OMG LIBERAL BIAS.The simple truth is this:Sarah Palin is an idiot, unfit for public office of any kind. She makes George W. Bush look erudite, and her vice presidency would have been absolutely disastrous for this nation; even more so had she needed to assume the duties of the president. There's just no arguing it. Even your conservative friends in the media know this.So excuse your fellow countrymen for being relieved that we avoided that fate. Sarah Palin is destined to become nothing more than the butt of everyone's jokes, be they liberal or conservative. Like Richard Heene, she's an attention whore whose time is up. The sooner she profits off her book, the sooner she can go hide in her shack and quit threatening society with her nonsense.
They did reasonably well? Are you serious? They failed miserably.

too bad these are jsut proxy fights to keep our attention away from the SERVICE costs. The constant 'rabble rabble' in the handset space helps keep the focus off ridiculously high rates for service.!

Actually, it went Friendster>MySpace>Facebook. And Facebook was popular way before status updates (that was just in response to Twitter). According to Julia Angwin, MySpace had the advantage of a) being customizable and b) anonymous, which is exactly what the internet loves. Then Facebook came around as a bastion of anti-anonymity, and rose to the top.?
