“I realize it wasn't a violent crime (though it very well could have been, had someone been trapped inside) but the guy caused $200 million in damages, not to mention the historical value of all the bottles and samples. I think 15 years is pretty light. I've seen 18 year old guys who have sex with their 17 year old consenting girlfriend get more time than this.
